* The six required subjects are as follows: 1) Data Structures, 2) Algorithms, 3) Computer Architecture, 4) Operating Systems, 5) Computer Networks, and 6) Databases.

- Advanced major: At least 30 (elective)

- General elective: At least 27

  • The Certification of Comprehension of Chinese Characters is NOT required.

  • At least five courses mediated in English (native language) shall be completed.
  • International students who have enrolled or transferred from 2011 and have not submitted a TOPIK certificate at the time of admission must submit one of the following before graduation: an official certificate of level 4 or above on the TOPIK or certificate of completion of level 4 or above on the Korean language program at the Korea University Korean Language Center.

    (Students who have enrolled in the Division of International Studies, have passed the admission as an international student, or have been admitted through the Global Korea Scholarship are exempted.) English-mediated courses, official certification of foreign language, official certification of Korean language, and certification of comprehension of Chinese characters are NOT required.
